My watch had lasted about 5 years but the strap failed earlier. Still want a Swatch-good to know about battery replacement.
At least Mapleview Centre has a Swatch store. It was not there when I got my watch (from local retailer).

Ube pie-yum! It coordinates with Pantone's colour of the year for 2022.😃

I was looking for the battery online when I found this page. Glad to have seen this page before ordering new batteries.
At the Eaton Centre location, the staff literally took a look at the watch and changed the battery in minutes and no registration/questions or anything.

It's so much more convenient than trying to find a place that sells the specialty battery to change myself.
