Coming out Sept. 18... It was just announced. Apparently, this will be a limited run, until at least end of March 2021...

Thread Summary

Super Mario 3D All Stars contains the following games:

Super Mario 64
Super Mario Sunshine
Super Mario Galaxy 1 (not 2)

These games have been upscaled in HD, 16:9 (with the exception of SM64 still being 4:3) to fit for Nintendo Switch. Game releases September 19, 2020 (You will not be charged until item ships by Best Buy)

Physical AND DIGITAL is on a limited run till March 31, 2021

Thanks! Threw down my pre-order at BB. Not only do I love these games but my youngest is practically obsessed with them and our Sunshine disc has stopped being readable in the old GC.

My guess is that they're going to sell the digital versions separately and not in a bundle, they will be more $$$.
