Do you have PM experience? Can you get some in your current role? Ask management for more responsibility. Would your current employer pay for courses to upgrade your skills?

Give us more detail here. How can we help you without it?

Thanks for the Response .

I am volunteering as a Project Assistant virtually in a small company back home and I have 2 years for project coordination experience in my previous company ( back home ) .

Now in Canada I am a QA/PC , My employer is very dangerous and layoffs happen now and then so I am hesitant ( Afraid ) to ask more responsibility . And my manager wouldn’t want to lose a resource .

Well my company has a policy to pay for the courses but historically they fire the people who claimed the cost from the company , so I would think twice before signing up . ( They fired a colleague of mine as he was not productive for the cost( MBA fee+ Salary )
