Yeah, I booked a flight for May back in Nov. 2019. They will only offer credit and "refunds back to the original method of payment will come at a later time".

Swoop has started to provide refunds to the original form of payment for eligible travellers whose flights were cancelled by Swoop due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are proactively reaching out by email to travellers with eligible itineraries to provide some options. We appreciate your patience as we work through the administrative backlog.

"Eligible travellers will be contacted by Swoop via email in chronological order of cancellation, beginning with international and transborder flights cancelled in March 2020 at the outset of the pandemic."

They're owned by WestJet and I trust them, I'm sure it'll come eventually

Lots of loaded words: proactively, eligible, eventually...

Website says the same thing it said in November, that they are offering refunds and starting with March 2020 flights. 10 weeks later they are still working on March 2020 flights. Can that be correct? I had April 2020 flights that were canceled and have not heard a word. Is there anyone with canceled swoop flights that have heard from swoop regarding a refund?
