AT&T 16GB Plan Group Buy - A Few Spots Remaining

I'm leading an AT&T Group Buy for the 8GB + 8GB promotion, I'm going on Wednesday to pick up SIMs and will ship anywhere in Canada. I'm hoping for $24 USD per month plan, plus a small admin fee to cover foreign exchange / credit card invoicing.

The direct link to the form for more details and how to register interest is here: https://forms.gle/N4HJAhCWE8eZmhVe7

Update: I reached capacity with the first group, I've setup a second group with 1-2 spots left. Link to the signup: https://forms.gle/N4HJAhCWE8eZmhVe7

Update 2: It's been popular and I've filled all 20 of my spots. Thanks to everyone who helped make this a success.

would you have to have a US number?
and what would be the calling plans $ be to canada?

if someone wants to call me is it charged as long distance?

this would be 16gigs for approx ~$40/month?

Yes, you'd have a US number.

The plan includes calling and SMS to Canada and within Canada which is great.

Yes, it would be long distance for people to call you.

And approx $40 CAD, the base plan is ~$32 CAD, there's tax and 911 fees involved and then I'd charge $5 CAD quarterly to cover the CC processing charges ($20 CAD per year).

thx OP, I really interested....

Silly question though - if I'm not down in the US often - do I get booted off since I'm constantly roaming in Canada?
We're all going to be roaming in Canada. It seems like people have used AT&T long term in Canada without consequences. They removed their roaming usage restriction, so it's very YMMV now.

Just an update, I have 1 spot remaining with the potential for a few more spots if payment isn't made. At this point I wouldn't be setting up a third group so if you're interested, now would be the time to signup.

Is it possible to keep my local Canada number and have ALL my calls routed to the AT&T number in the US seamlessly? I am seeing VOIP.ms but do not understand how it works.
Secondly, if I am making a call from my US AT&T number, what number will the caller ID show to the one receiving it? My Canadian number?

You'd need to setup call forwarding to route calls to your Canadian number to your AT&T number.

Most likely the caller ID sent would be your AT&T number, unless you can find a way to override it (as far as I know you can't). You could block your number however.
