Interesting. Might be a good opportunity to try some of those self-heating hotpots they have.

It's Not a repost but it's a cold deal.

How many people were watching their live stream?
Any extra discount promo code?

You don't have to watch it. It's like if you need to shop T & T, you can just order during this time, its' free shipping.

You don't need to watch their live stream. Simply add items into your shopping cart, pay and submit order. No promo code require. Just do normal online shopping. That is it.

I thought they would give out promo codes again since it's their big big anniversary day.

The last time was a $10 or $20 off coupon plus free shipping.

Yeah right!

With inflation going up at all time high, gas price at almost $2.00 dollar per liter, minimum wages propose to be at $20 per hour and no one want to go to work. I would not expect too much discount especially with groceries.

T&T online shopping is a joke. They cannot guarantee the item is in stock even you successfully place the order. The coupon is another joke since the missing item/item that cannot be delivered (remember this is T&T's fault/mistake) will take out the % of the coupon. If you really want the item, you better buy it from the store.

The closest T&T from me is 1204 km away so free shipping is a great deal.
Not everyone living in Ontario is in the GTA. lol

I don't mean the deal is not good. Free shipping is always a good deal. My point is T&T has poor inventory management. If I order the item from T&T, then I expect I will get the item upon delivery. This is not an isolated incident. My first three (only) orders from T&T last year all have the same problem. Now I will just buy from the store. No matter how good is the coupon, I won't buy it from T&T online. They just waste my time shopping from its online store if I don't receive the products at the end.

I submitted three orders for friends who are not living in GVA and GTA. Most of them can only afford to come to GTA/GVA once a year to buy Chinese food.

I hope T&T can offer this to regions outside of GTA and GVA for the entire year. I hope this can help Asian immigrants who are not lucky enough in live in GTA and GVA.

Thanks OP. Ordered $100. Not sure why my handling fee is $4.99. Maybe because I am in QC.

I found the inventory for produce and bakery items have been pretty good and beats going fighting for a parking spot at their store.
Thanks OP, I just saw this and managed to put the entire order in 10 minutes and got the checkout completed just at midnight.
