[T&T Supermarket] Richmond Lansdowne Mall Grand opening deals (200 pics)

Lots of people. The parking lot is worst than Aberdeen on the weekends now.

*

If you are going to Lansdowne, try to avoid the T&T parking lot.

Reason:
People just come out without looking.
walking in the middle of the road. Blocking cars.

Some lady tried to save a parking spot by standing there. I had to honk several times before she leaves.

Good Deals:
$8 lobster
4 for $8 Vita drinks
Pocky sticks.

Apart from their few doorcrashers which were probably gone within the first few hours of the store opening, the other stuff are their basic weekly sales stuff

looking at those people lining up for $8 lobsters... I couldn't be more happier that I don't live in Richmond anymore.
friend got the $8 lobster, says couldn't any meat in there.

Even if you bought all the doorcrasher deals, you can only save $50 maxed. Wait in line for 4 hours....though.

People were still lining up at 7PM. I went back at 11PM and still packed with people.

Ahhhhhhh....brings back old childhood memories of NCIX doorcrasher sales when groups of "certain people" bring even their grandparents in line (and I thought *I* was cheap lol).
I've been away for a while....

Standing 3+ hours in line inhaling all that smoke from the wildfire (from Nanaimo area on the island most likely) for small small discounts at a grocery supermarket is not worth it imo no matter how much I love T&T

You barely find deals from T&T these days.

I'm astonished there wasn't a T&T in that area until now.

I am surprised that there was no report of shoplifting with that many people entering the building. It could have been one of those cases of mob/group dash and grab. I can’t see whether there was tight security in those photos.
