How much does Costco charge for seasonal tire changes for 4 or 8 wheels?

The Finest Punta Cana - Travelling with 8 month old. Looking for insights on what to bring
I am going to be traveling to the Finest Punta Cana All-Inclusive resort in November with a package from Air Transat. Does anyone know if I am required to bring a car seat for the transfer from the airport to the resort? The airport is 40 minutes from the resort. Thank you.
