I am renting out my investment property at 50% of market price
So I had to lower the rent by quite a bit during covid and it has been staying pretty low compared to the market price. Windows VIdeo editor randomly removes sound from my MP4 files as i am editing them
Any thoughts on why this is happening?i load the image then put it into the story board then it starts clocking then i lose the sound on that file even the source file. if i go back and reload it after rmoving it the files sound is back but eventually i lose the sound again.
