Upgrade AirPods gift to Apple for AirPods Pro?
I recently received a brand new pair of AirPods from work, not yet opened.Wonder if I could upgrade these at Apple for the AirPods Pro by paying the difference? Problem is, I won't have a receipt.If not, are there any places that would take the AirPods back without receipt for store credit?

Making a warranty claim on an Apple pen....Apple said 1 year warranty only covers defects?

Thoughts on Apple Macbook "Trade-In"
... but says "service required". Charging cable yellow-ish. Functions fine with Big Sur. At what point is it less hassle to just give it back to Apple and swallow the "loss" vs. selling on Kijiji and that hassle?

Subscribed to Apple One - How exactly can the family share all their photos in one central spot without reducing quality
So so confused on this, I just want a central location we all have access to in order to have a central repository of photos / videos / documents that is backed up and viewable by all in the family and is backed up forever. ... it will be unreal for video editing. Once this goes to the 2nd or 3rd iterations... and the Software is actually coded for it... oh man. Any benefit where you buy Apple products?
I will keep this brief. Are there any benefits when buying directly from the Apple Store vs Best Buy or Costco, etc?Our Apple Store is on the other side of the City and I’ll assume the line up is crazy. If I can get the same product at BB is there any reason not to?
