Best way to automate login and screen record zoom lessons?

Before feeding receipts and numbers to accountants, are there tools or ways to set up to auto-pull data offline?For instance, auto log in and download bank statements, auto save/print pdf receipts off web sites...etc, then auto compute total.

Seeking for a program that would automate downloads from Rapidshare/Megaupload
