Realized that one of my credit cards was closed by the bank for inactivity (fully reflected as closed in my credit reports), but the account shows up still when I log into the banking platform. Is this a normal occurrence to have closed cards still show up?

OSAP's current interest rate for me is 5.20 % Floating*, and I'm not entirely sure what that "floating" means too.Should I go to a bank and open a loan to repay OSAP, or is OSAP's interest rate cheaper than any bank could get?

I have some savings accounts that I rarely log into, and want to be alerted every time there is a transaction I case of fraud. Are there any banks in Canada that send you a text when there's a transaction? I believe TD just started offering it with their Visa.
