This is a great model, uses a quiet DC motor and belt drive. Wifi built in and comes with two remotes, keypad and safety sensors. Currently $100 off at Lowes but not on sale at Home Depot. Price match at Home Depot for an additional 10% ($26) off.I paid $243 after price beat (at home depot)
