Price difference between the regular and premium gas increased "again"
What is up with all these retailers. Before Covid the difference was 20 cents and then it changed to 30 cents with BS reasoning (inflation ). Today I found out it’s more than 30 cents , almost 35-36 cents . Regular was 169.9 and the premium was 205.9. We don’t have a gas station at our local Costco.

Why is there such a big discrepancy between today's fixed mortgage rates and the 10 year canadian government bond?
Current Canada 10 Year Government Bond is 3.691% while Fixed rates are 6.2%. Typically fixed rates are following the canadian government bond. What gives??

Garage - Gap between drywall and concrete
... proper way to cover it? Also is it ok to have drywall all the way to the concrete floor, like what I have in the picture? What’s the black stuff between drywall and concrete? Glue? Or caulk? It’s pretty sticky.. Thanks.
