Mortgage Brokers of RFD : Does TD sometimes change rate between your request and response
Mortgage broker got my approval back but apparently TD changed the rate between broker's request and TD's final approval.Apparently it's due to TD's crappy system. I want to get confirmation from other brokers that this can sometimes happen with TD

3 inch distance between bottom of exterior door frame and floor, problem or not?

Cable modem transfer between non-big 3 providers?
Hypothetically, if I buy a cable modem from Start, TekSavvy, etc., can I use the same cable modem with a different provider? For example, if I buy a cable modem from TekSavvy and then end up changing services, can I use the same cable modem on Start?
