I am switching carrier from Rogers to Zoomer. My Rogers billing cycle begins on the 2nd and I just received a bill to pay for the service between Dec 2 to Jan 1, if I cancelled Rogers today, am I still required to pay the remainder of service from Dec 11 to Jan 1?

Apparently about two to three years ago an error was made by Koodo that has just come to light. They believe some customers, roughly 200 where not correctly charged when they got a new phone way back when.
