Found at Costco Business Centre today. Quite a few different sizes from $65 to $110.With the $10 off per package, it brings the price down to average $9.99/kg.Haven't had halal brisket before so we shall see.Not sure, but they might have this at regular Costco too?

Bought the superstore AAA brisket for $8.80 /kg, then went to Costco and found it or $8.79/kg!!!Would prefer the Costco one, but what you gonna do. Not going to return to superstore.Thorncliffe location in Toronto.

Probably a single store deal. Got a point piece for dinner.Around half dozen pieces in the bunker there where the strip loins are. Great if you want to try a brisket cook and you don't want a whole Packer.

Superstore had brisket point on for $1.99/lb so picked up about a 12lb slab. I'll either be slow roasting it in the oven or slow cooker but for now I need to cut it up and freeze it.Any tips or rules on how to section it for the frrezer or any tips/recipes on cooking it?
