How to remove a broken screw?

Broken cpu pin repair Service in Mississauga or GTA?
... In the process the dreaded cpu came off with the heatsink situation occurred. Tried bending on the pins back and found out it was already broken 😞 I’m hoping to find anyone who can microsolder a new pin on. Please any advice is appreciated.

Fireplace Exhaust Screen Broken - Suggestions For Replacement?
