I don't trade a lot, maybe only 2 trades per year, but each consisting of a lot money, well over $200k each, I am more like a buy and hold kind of person.Is Questtrade now the best deal? They no longer charges inactive fee which can be hefty for my situation...thanks

I'm paying at least 11.99 per trade at RBC, but seems like it only charges $1 per trade at IB?

I'm currently with TD/ToS and noticed that they offer after market trading between 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm EST and pre-market from 8:00 - 9:30 am. But the market actually opens way before that at 4:00 am. Does any Canadian broker allow orders to be placed at 4:00 am?
