There's this member at GoodLife he will take at least 8-10 pieces wiping down each equipment he uses before and after. I'll be honest I can't be bothered nor expect others to as well UNLESS there's actual sweat on it. I guess it just doesn't bother me. Besides I take a shower afterwards.

I just benched 200 pounds, after bench pressing for half a year. Is that good progress, or is it slow? What is a reasonable amount of time to achieve a 200 lbs bench? How long did it take you? Also what is a reasonable amount of time to do 300?
