I am wondering pluses and minuses of buying brand new condo ( development has not started).On this case, what is the chances of buying directly from builder ( no agent)?What is is advantage of buying through so called platinum vip sale? Is it all marketing campaign?Any help is appreciated.
If a brand new condo already has high maintenance fees, is that a bad sign? Will it continue to go up at a high rate or will the board be able to figure it out and keep them in check?
