What is the best price you have seen on an IPS panel at least 27", minimal border frame and any resolution that is at least higher than 1080p (new)

I know 1080p at 27" is usually not recommended on RFD but my friend is looking for that to replace his broken IPS monitor. They only play games occasionally and stuff like RTS, or Minecraft, very rarely any kinda shooters. Their GPU is already several years old and won't be upgraded ...

Looking for a monitor that is about 24" with a refresh rate of a minimum of 165hz. Hoping that it's under $200. Best I could find was the https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B09TCGC78C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and the stand on that was incredibly scuffed.

Everywhere I've been seeing it's gonna be almost $200 after tax. I paid Just looking for a decent 60hz or 5ms monitor that will be reliable. Paid $150 after tax in 2010 for my current Asus 24" one that's dying (refusing to stay on for longer periods of time).

LF 27 inch monitor for daily use under $300 . I use it mostly for daily use and movies . I would prefer a 29 inch if I can get one . My 22 inch monitor strains my eye . It is also many years old .There are so many I have no idea what to look for .
