I called Best Buy for assistance with a price issue. The representative was courteous, efficient and competent. It was pleasant to have a positive customer experience. I also like their returns in store - and how the payment goes automatically to the original method of payment including Paypal.

Yep - just as the title says, i'm definately looking for something better than what i'm getting here. Am currently making $12/hr to do tech support. Would definately prefer any sortta computer-related work (heck, i'll even enter data or be a receptionist), but by all means any leads are appreciated!
