  • Car Service - can I take my car to some place other than the dealer?

    Just wondering if it's common practice for dealers to ask you to sign a waiver indicating that they are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in your car while they are servicing it.My dealer has it and if you refuse, they will not service the vehicle.
