Hi guysTotally my fault for being disorganized with my accounting. I haven't filed 2019 taxes and my 2018 only has $13k in payroll. My accountant is currently doing my 2019 bookkeeping however I'm not sure if we can make it for the March 31, 2021 deadline. Do I have any other options?

I'm having trouble deciding whether I should apply to CEBA (40K) or not. I have a corporation, but I'm the only employee. I lost one of my contracts because of COVID, and I didn't work for one month. Do I qualify? Should I apply?

This CEBA thing. You either apply because you have fixed non-deferrable costs (like property tax or rent) or because of your payroll. My questions are: a) don't some or many business have both property taxes / rent AND payroll? ...

CEBA is also expanded and will make available to small businesses additional loans of $20,000, with $10,000 of those eligible to be turned into forgivable loans if you can pay by 31 Dec 2022You can avail another $20k CEBA loan if you have already received $40k loan

I read if you have more than $40K of non-deferrable expenses, you would qualify for CEBA even if you have payroll of less than $20K. Is there any specific period for those expenses?I couldn't find the details on the government website.
