Installing recessed lights in spray foamed ceiling

Water leak on the ceiling in 2nd floor bathroom
We got a leak on the ceiling in a bathroom on the 2nd floor near the exterior wall- photo attached.Could it be something to do with the fan or it's 100% leaking from the roof?Should we get roofers first to look into it and then get a handyman to replace the damaged drywall?Thanks in advance!

4 or 6 inch recessed LED lights for high ceiling
Living room is 11 ft x 17 ft. Ceiling is 11 ft. I prefer 4 inch recessed LED lighting but it appears 6 inch is recommended for high ceilings based in Google? Which one? Seems like newer LEDs are more powerful. And I like the look of 4 inch size.
