How much does Costco charge for seasonal tire changes for 4 or 8 wheels?

thermostat changes temperature on its own (no battery issues)
I recently discovered that my thermostat would change temperature on its own in every couple of days...For example, it's been set at 21C heat, all the sudden it would drop the temperature to 17C heat...How can this be fixed?
