4k Channels stutter

Videotron (TV/Internet plans) "10 channels of your choosing"
Called Videotron to get a quote for an internet/TV plan. I wanted to take the cheapest TV option, but the rep told me that I cannot havesports channels (like RDS/TVAsport) in that options (select 10 channels). Seems weird to me (you can choose, but the selection is limited ???) can anyone confirm ?

Rogers 4K channels - illusion we should not tolerate
I have subscription to Rogers 4K box and get few 4K channels for free for twelve months. I am getting the box free (as added on my base TV/Internet package) but still I am amazed how they don't get flack from customers for falsely advertising 4K channels ...

I will be getting my Rogers 4k box set up in a few days and was wondering..is there any channels that are 4k without paying for a package?Also is there any special shows/sports that are broadcast in 4k on fox or whatever channel?What channels do you guys watch in 4k?kudos in advance.

... on Shaw here. Anyone here watching? When M channel (formerly Muchmore Music) got turned into Gusto cooking channel, it sucked. With these two new channels, I get to hear and watch a lot more variety of retro songs than ever b4. The radio stations even play the same stuff over and over.
