So I bought a Precon during COVID, its a 1+1 in Etibocoke. Been trying to sell it for a year via assignment no luck. I believe its like 799. Now i know if i dont close on it im going to lose my deposit. Will the builder actually sue me? Can i talk them out of it or how does that work?
