Commission for same real estate agent for buying and selling
Say I want to upgrade (selling current and buying another) my home with the same real estate agent. How does the commission work? Do I pay the same real estate agent commission twice? What are the typical commission % these days?Thanks in advance.

People with commission income... where did you rent your office furniture and equipment?

Negotiating commission with a realtor who will help us buy 2 properties and sell 1
... much leeway do I have to negotiate and how much should I? I was going to ask 0.5 of purchase price on parents property (could be better) and zero commission on selling our home and take full commission on the property we purchase (more value).
