[Reno Depot] Price error: Joint compost 4.5L - $13.70 (YMMV)
Went to reno depot today for soil (at 0.99$ a bag) and also got joint compound. The label states 13.70$ but when scanned it shows 14.39$.https://imgur.com/Mab03WN

Compost quality in the GTA
On Environment Day, is the compost of good quality? Want to cover my grass lawn with it to make a food forest. Is there plastic bits that you have to sieve out, or big pieces that you have to sieve out yourself?

Where can I dispose removed sod or better can I compost it?
... lawn and seed grass. What is the best way to deal with the soil+grass aka sod that will be removed? Can I dispose it somewhere in the city ? Can I compost it ? I am using one tall compost bag for my green bin, however, the bag is way too small for the green bin with a wide opening. Do you have the same problem? :rolleyes:

R u afraid of using the city's compost in ur garden?
Personally, I do not trust the city's compost at all. There is this horrible, hard-to-get-rid of weed called horsetail. I've seen horsetail pop up in areas where previously there was no horsetail, and it's obvious it was due to the soil that was put there.
