A/C doesn't blow cold air, have a long driving trip coming up, will it affect motor if something wrong with compressor
... as it was dirty. Still warm air. I have a long drive ahead of me shortly and not sure I can get it fixed in time. If anything is wrong with the compressor or anything else, can this cause any vehicle problems other than being hot and uncomfortable inside? Thanks

AC Compressor Grinding Noise.
... it since day one; AC still works as it should. Since the AC warranty is 3 yrs. / 60,000km, the dealer is asking for about $2000 to have the AC compressor replaced. I suppose I can live with the noise; any concern if I am not changing out the compressor? Thank you!!
