Hi I'm getting water in the basement along this side of the house around the large concrete slabs. They have a negative grade. How would you fix this? They seem quite heavy. Also considering a French drain if changing the grading doesn't solve the problem.

Couldn't find a 'megathread' for concrete so forgive me but was just wondering what prices people have been getting for poured concrete per sqft (plain and not stamped/aggregate)?Got a quote last week from someone recommended to us and it was about $16.55/sqft for a ~800sqft patio (big one...).

Hello, whenever there is a small water leak in basement for any reason, I see this white efflorescence. Wondering if anyone here has used the rubber rock product or an epoxy finish with the coloured flakes around their pool? If so, what has been your experience and how long have you had it?I have a 16 x 32 pool with roughly 5ft of concrete around the perimeter.Thanks!
