These listings doesn't make much sense, condos in this area are expensive and parking alone can go for $60 to $80k so why are these identical condos on top of each other going for the same price when unit 1010 has parking and unit 910 doesn't ...

Suppose you want to buy several units and each unit would have 3 to 5 investors. Some might buy in cash or some with 50% down and getting a mortgage. Does anybody have any experience in this field. Is it better to do it in a corporation.Let me know if anyone has any referrals. Thanks

I did some price comparisons and it seems like you can find some very nice condos in Gastown for under $1000 psqf.Mind you, the prices of condos don't seem to go down, it's just that Toronto is getting really expensive.

I am just curious how long it usually takes to sell 70% of units for a new condo in Toronto, and also, how long is pre-sale offered before the project is shuttered for not selling at least 70%? Thanks in advance

After the announcement that the mortgage rates are going to decline. I wonder if it's a good idea to invest in a condo (designed for rent)!
The empty lot across the road from my house is going to be turned into low rise condos. I'm worried about a few things - influence on property value (reduced due to reduced privacy?), influence on sellability before and during construction, and frustration of living ...
