Looking for a good countertop water filter/purification system

Not sure how this compares to the KitchenAid mixers that were just on sale. But if you are into the retro design and like SMEG, their stand mixer is on Clearance at Lowe's. Saw one other online retailer have it for full price for roughly $600.
