I've received a few packages from US via USPS, end delivered by CP. It seems like they've been doing COD customs tax plus fee. I always do self declaration to avoid dreaded brokerage charges from UPS, Fedex, etc. CP fee isn't too bad but I still want to do self declaration. Is it doable?
