Dishwasher not cleaning dishes

Tax time and uber eats/skip the dishes courier

Dishes smell from dishwasher
... in the house since its city water. We do use those dishwasher cleaning tabs once in awhile, but not regularly. Anyone else have this issue. The dishes do come out clean, we just use the regular cycle and let them air dry.
