Just realized Tentative Occupancy date for pre-construction condo on the document was way earlier than it was advertised
It advertised everywhere it will be completed in 2025(Even in a feature sheet posted few days before I signed the document) but the document says end of 2023.I just realized it and from my current situation, I won't be able to close. Is there any way I can appeal this issue for False advertising?
