eBay refund exchange USD->CAD
So bought a smartwatch for $49.99 US. Chinese seller, didn't get it. Got refunded that amount BUT my PP balance is $50.x. Since my PP is Canadian does this mean I lost money on the exchange? Wth?

So if u buy something on ebay.ca WITH a ebay giftcard. Will u still be protected under paypal? i know paypal has a 6 month protection policy which is very good but does it apply only to credit card payments?
