Regarding Employment not appearing on Records of Employment of Service canada
I have worked part-time for the last 1.5 years. When checking onto my Records of Employment (ROE) on service Canada, they mention that they have no record of employment. Should I forward some evidence to them (such as T4 or pay stubs)?

Negotiating benefits start on day 1 of employment rather than aft probation - Are companies open to this these days?
Obviously you can negotiate pay and I guess vacation, but what about benefits? I've worked for companies where benefits started right away and others where benefits started 3 months later. How open are companies to negotiating that?
