Got an Energy Meter; have some questions.
Consider this a continuation of my thread in the Computers & Electronics sub-forum. I recently got a UPM Energy Meter, and was startled to find my TV while off draws 35W of power. The manufacturer claims it draws 0.20W - so what gives? I tested this by plugging the TV into ...
