Windows File Sharing Speed limit

Does anyone know why my file transferring speeds are around 2/3rds (600 mbps) the speed on gigabit?

Mi Box - Not able to see it on W10 for file sharing

I have a seagate hub plugged into the mi box 3 with no issue as it finds the drives and I can watch content via kodi etc. Issue is that I can not find those drives on my network, ie laptop or desktop to be able to transfer files, etc to those drives. When I use to have them plugged into my WDTV box ...

Excel file sharing

I want to share an excel file with my colleague that can be EDITED ONLINE. So far I have been using Dropbox.Is there any other way to do it? Thanks

Looking for best way to share, sync doc, xls, PDF files.Both location have local servers and good internet links.Any thoughts?
