Besides talks on Bloomberg, WSJ, Reuters and other news outlet, is there a way to find out which publicly listed company is 1) about to or 2) has just filed for bankruptcy? I'm thinking for some, it may be worth considering shorting long enough OTM calls on these names.Thank you.

I work for a US company that pays RSU. I realize in 2021 my contributions have reached $100k USD. That means in my 2021 tax filing I should have filled a T1135, but I have not. What should I do, should I go back and file an ADJ for 2021 or just leave it and start filing T1135 for 2022 tax year?
