How to fix negative grade of large concrete slabs?
Hi I'm getting water in the basement along this side of the house around the large concrete slabs. They have a negative grade. How would you fix this? They seem quite heavy. Also considering a French drain if changing the grading doesn't solve the problem.

Can I ask my tenant to buys parts to fix the kitchen sprayer and send me the bill?

Car AC doesn’t work, should fix this before winter?
... the windows but probably not big enough or fast enough…. Just wondering ac will affect my defrost in the winter too right? So I guess I should fix my car ac? But back in the days isn’t ac was an option? How ppl defrost in winter or defog in the rain without the ac?
