Bank of Canada stopped publishing FX rates of many countries (they have now only 26 currencies). My mom amd MIL get pension from Israel, but BoC stopped publishing for Israeli shekel. What rate I should use for filing taxes?

I'd like trade on foreign non-US designated stock exchanges in my RRSP/TFSA (and by extension hold the foreign currency). The government rules allow for this but do any brokers actually let me do it? It's not easy to find the info but so far I'm only seeing USD being allowed. Thanks
Historically for the Yen and Korean Won, the CAD has been worth more a few years back. Currently the CAD has risen against the YEN but still isn`t near previous year highs - just wondering if anyone can share any advice on if the levels now are `good`enough to exchange some currency and wait it out....
