I'm looking to replace my 90s era Craftsman corded electric lawn mower. The thing has worked like a champ, but it's 18" deck and 9amp motor just aren't powerful enough anymore. Most of the mowers out now are too small (18"), underpowered (9amp), or poorly built. Is there anything out there...

Hi, I'm looking for some help with my family finances and budgeting. I realize there's many options out there but I was hoping to connect with someone who has had some proven success. I've had my share of help from Primerica agents, etc, I'd like to try something else. We're not really looking for i...

Hey all, Was wondering what cars you would recommend as quick, reliable (inexpensive to maintain) and fun to drive cars that would also work in a pinch for a growing family. Other vehicle will likely be a minivan or something, but just want both vehicles to work for kids in a pinch. Let me know your...

I'm in Scarborough, ON So from time to time, I see RFD'ers bragging about paying $10-20 (it seems) a day for a rental. This seems incredibly cheap to me. How is it done? So, my car got wrecked and I'm going to need a rental to car search. I can weekly/monthly rent if I want but I think it makes more...

I would only assume rates don't fluctuate too much as with cars. My renewal is coming up in 3 weeks @ $395 for my townhome and basic coverage( inside contents, sewer overflow, etc)). It's been going up like $10 every year. My first year was around $350. I wonder if it's too much. I live in North York...

Hey, guys. Just had the windshield replaced on my 16 yr old car. What is considered a good replacement job? I notice that the clear portion for the VIN # doesn't quite match up with the # and you cannot see the # until you move to a certain awkward angle. Also, the ...

We've got a pretty big yard, with lots of mature trees. Starting to think about how best to deal with the fall and winter (snow). Right now, everything is by hand. I kind of like the idea of a gas powered blower, as I don't like the idea of dragging out my 100' extension cord to cover the whole yard...

... @mods please remove. I'm having what I believe is a washer machine pump issue where the machine leaks water long after a cycle. I'm looking for a good repair guy that operates in the Durham area to take a look so I can figure out if there's a way to fix or if I should be looking for a new machine. ...
