Google Voice Out Going Calls Issues
With Hangout app going away, I started switching over to Google Voice app.The only problem I have with it is with out going calls. Keep saying that internet connection is unstable but when I use hangout to make a GV outgoing calls, no problem...Anyone know what the real problem is?

Free/paid alternatives to Google Voice
With Hangouts ending free calling to Canada, I'm looking for an alternative to phone from overseas to my folks in Canada. I've tried setting up GV using a VPN and US number but ultimately it wouldn't let me link it to my account. Talkatone also doesn't work. I've found a few services at 1 cent/minut...

Ported Google voice number don't ring ?
So I'm in the states, decided to get GV number. Got an at and t sim, ported the number for $20. When I call this number I get missed calls, phone never rings.How do I fix it?Anything else I gotta do for it to keep working in Canada when I come back? Like changing the billing address..
