Some of my grass looks like this. It’s flat. Hard. Tried dethatching and raking which got rid of lots of dead grass weeks ago. Added some fertilizer early in spring. Haven’t watered much yet. Anyone know how I can fix this? Should I just add some top soil and new grass seeds ?
