Any good Full contact karate gyms in the scarborough/Markham region?
Looking for a good full contact karate gym near the scarborough/markham area for an adult male looking to seriously get into martial arts. A lot of McDojos or point sparring gyms around here.

Thoughts on gyms not requiring masks?
I was so looking forward to rejoining my gym (F45), but declined after realizing that masks are not required. A bit hesitant with the variants still around and everyone doing high intensity cardio. Thoughts?

Are gyms allowing members to keep their memberships suspended even after they re-open?
Gyms in Toronto have not re-opened yet, but even when they do, I probably won't be going back until a vaccine is available. I'd prefer to just keep my membership suspended until then, rather than cancel and re-join later. ...

adjustable dumbbells now that the gyms are closed.
wondering if there's any good places to get these from, mainly interested in powerblocks or the bowflex ones. Not necessarily looking for a deal although that would be nice, it seems like places are sold out of these now.
