This is pretty much the situation I'm in now. Did 'okay' in highschool, and then took a 1 year 'pre health science' diploma at a college. Got a 3.9/4 GPA sem 1 and failed 2 of the 5 courses sem 2 with my highest mark in sem 2 being a B. I somehow got accepted into registered ...

Hi all, I am currently wrapping up my PhD in science (medicial chemistry to be exact) and has been looking into a career in consulting. I've sought out advice from a few healthcare consultants regarding my CV, all of which address how my CV is too academia-focused. I do agree with that statement but...
Currently a first year student studying Life Sciences at x university, I've pulled pretty good grades surprisingly despite disliking a lot of my courses. I realized I don't see myself in this program anymore as I have no clue what I'd want to do in the future. I was good at sciences in high school s...

Hello there, I am a recent grad with BSc in Microbiology and don't want a research career. So I didn't go for master's, and I also got really lucky and found a good lab tech job. I am wondering if anyone has any information or experience with Sheridans Health programs, specifically, their General Arts/Science Pre-Health program. I had to take this as I am a mature student looking to get my BScN. Does anyone know if other universities or college collabs accept this as a pre-r...
I'm studying health sciences at UOIT. I'm going into my 4th yr. and I'm planning on applying to Micheners ultrasound program. What do you guys think? Is it a good program? A good career? Also what's the difference between ultrasound technician and technologist ?
McMaster's Health Science seems to be very selective. What is so special about the program, that everybody is so eager to get in? Does this program give you an edge over other life science programs to get into Med schools?
I want to go in to Health Science and I see that UOIT has that program and the requirements are very high. Would that be a good place to go? Not just as a school but how are the surroundings, traveling, and is it fun?
